Redwood Resistance (2022-2023)

Redwood trees can grow over 300 feet, with the tallest one on record measuring 379 feet. Year after year, they resist numerous obstacles and continue to reach toward the sky. Their beauty is breathtaking! In the same way, successful pianists must resist and overcome numerous obstacles to continue to grow and flourish. Redwood Resistance is designed to promote consistent growth while also recognizing specific obstacles and developing solutions to overcome them. This yearlong practice incentive theme inspires students to reach new heights, overcome obstacles in their practicing, and capture more beauty in their playing.
