Innovate

People so often look with longing into a daydream future, while ignoring the importance of the present…A Christian, above all people, should live artistically, aesthetically, and creatively. We are supposed to be representing the Creator who is there, and whom we acknowledge to be there.”

~Edith Schaeffer

One of the most exciting aspects of studying music is the prospect of being not merely a consumer, but a producer and influencer in society. In our post-modern culture, the arts have become predominantly a means of self-expression. While there is some value in learning to communicate and express oneself, Christians are exhorted to “Be imitators of God” (Ephesians 5:1). At Natalie’s Piano Studio, students are encouraged to recognize the talents, opportunities, and resources God has entrusted to their care and invest them wisely to bless others and further His kingdom.
