Reclaiming the Arts!

In a small corner of this country (aka San Antonio, Texas), a dedicated group of people are learning the ropes so that they can make a lasting impact on our culture. Vision Forum is hosting a Film Academy for aspiring film makers. Following the Film Academy will be the second annual San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival (SAICFF).

Though I would have loved to attend the festival myself, I'm keeping up-to-date on what's going on because of the excellent live blogging of the Harris brothers at The Rebelution.

My good friends, Daniel and Julia Camenisch, have produced a documentary, Snatch from the Fire that has been selected as a semi-finalist in the film competition. I'm so excited for them and can't wait for a chance to watch what they've produced!
