Here’s a helpful comment I received from Jim Atchison, Treasurer for Kansas Judicial Review of Johnson County. If you haven’t yet voted and still need information on how to vote for Kansas Court of Appeals judges, this is the site to visit! The big day is upon us! Make sure you take time to vote - every vote counts and your vote can make a difference! We are affilliated with Kansas Judicial Review and have recommendations on the KS Supreme Court and Kansas Court of Appeals justices. We are a group that formed almost a year ago that was upset by the State v. Marsh (dealth penalty) and Montoy school funding decision by the KS Supreme Court tried to take a nonpartisan look at the justices and were looking for activist judges.”
