Saltine Cookies
Ingredients:
Saltine crackers
1 cup brown sugar
6 oz chocolate chips
6 oz peanut butter chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup butter
Directions:
1. Cover bottom and sides of a jelly roll pan with foil.
2. Place saltines in single layer across the bottom of the pan.
3. Boil sugar and butter for exactly 3 minutes, then pour over crackers.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
5. Sprinkle chips and nuts on top while hot (may be placed in oven to melt slightly).
6. Refrigerate until firm.
7. Remove from pan and foil and break into pieces.
